I am so impressed with the work Luis and his team did on my room addition in my home. I gave him my ideas and he quickly turned them into a reality. You can tell that Luis takes pride in his craft, because one of my ideas would not work with the structure of my home but he was able to reassure me with plenty of other options that looked wonderful! They were in and out of my home in a few days. Very clean and respectful of my time. 10/10 recommend! He is currently working on my commercial office and I am excited to see the results!
Tom Raine and Luis Perez completed 5 commercial tenant finish outs. They were all Check express stores. I highly recommend them for any commercial work needed. They always respond when we call and they pride themselves in attention to details. The 5 stores were all permitted with the city of Austin.

Luis and Tom Raine came out to our home and did what 4 previous contractors told could not be done. They removed two large windows and left the top atrium window in place and installed a French door leading to our patio. They also removed our fireplace that we never used and gave us more room in our living area. They were very professional and always kept the work area clean and everything covered. I highly recommend them and have used them for other projects at our house.
I have been using ATX remodeling for about five years now and all the work they have done for me has been incredible. They are fast friendly and very knowledgeable in both the commercial and residential aspect of the job. Luis is a gold mine he has very good ideas and shows you a lot of pictures of what the job will look like and it looks exactly the way he says it does. The price is very very fair when he showed me the pictures I thought I was going to pay a lot of money and after he showed me all the discounts and rebates I could get I couldn’t believe the price. The price again is very very fair. You have to call them for all your remodeling and construction needs. I recommend him 100%
